Content Writing Services

This website offers content writing services, and if you wish to use this website then you will need to first create an account. Once you have created an account you will have a secure username and password which you will be able to use to log in to the website where you will be able to place orders for content and track the progress of any existing orders.

Placing an Order

Placing an order on the website is a simple process which can be completed in a few simple steps. Customers will be asked to provide as much information about the brief as possible in order to give our writers a very clear idea of the task at hand. All of the material and subject matter, including any facts, is to be supplied by the customer. The writers are not liable at any point for any factual inaccuracies in the copy.

Edits and Revisions

Once the content has been completed a draft will be sent for the customer to review. The customer then has 24 hours to submit any minor revision or edit requests. As long as revisions are submitted within this time frame then the edits will be included as part of the original quote. Any amendments which are requested after this time period has expired will require additional costs.

Revisions will include minor amendments only, such as grammatical or structural amendments. All revisions are made in our sole discretion, and if there are any amendments requested with regards to the subject matter then this is something that the customer should have made clear as part of the original brief and are not likely to be included in the cost revisions.


When placing an order customers will choose the delivery time that they require, with faster delivery times coming at a slightly greater cost. The two main delivery speeds to choose from are Express, where the writer will aim to complete the project within 2-3 working days, and our Standard delivery service where the writer will deliver the project within 5-7 working days.

Please note that delivery times are an estimate only, and only once the writer has begun working on the project will they be able to provide an accurate delivery timetable for the piece. In some instances where the word count is much greater, for example for a White Paper or an eBook commission, writers may require additional time to be able to complete the project, but this will always be discussed with the customer beforehand and will be made clear in any invoices.


Payments for all content writing services must be made in full before the writer is able to start working on the project. Once a customer has submitted their brief then they will be sent a quote for the scheduled works. If they agree to the quote and want to go ahead with the works, then the amount due on the quote must then be paid in full.

All successful purchases will display the billing descriptor GCSCWH, LAGOS on your credit card statement.

All payments are protected and processed through a secure payment platform. Both Visa and Mastercard are accepted and customers are responsible for submitting correct and accurate payment information only.

Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may only request a cancellation for an order when it has not yet been submitted to one of our writers and no works have commenced. After this point the customer will still be liable to pay the price for the project in full.

Refunds are only accepted in rare cases and are only ever issued at our sole discretion. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the writer with all of the information that they will need to complete the job according to the brief. In the instance the information is missing from the final product that was not included in the brief, the customer is liable.

We offer a certain amount of minimal revisions to completed projects within 24 hours of their original delivery and we will always work as hard as we can to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the end result.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Content Writing Helper its directors, officers, be held liable in any part for any consequential, indirect, direct, special or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to the services or the arrangements contemplated herein. In any case, Content Writing Helper’s entire liability for the provision of the services or under any provision of these terms shall not exceed the amount of payment received by Content Writing Helper from you in the 12 months preceding the applicable claim.


You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Content Writing Helper (and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees) from and against any and all damages, costs, losses, liabilities or expenses (including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ legal fees) which Content Writing Helper may suffer or incur in connection with any actual claim, demand, action or other proceeding by any third party arising from or relating to any breach of these Terms by you. You may not settle or compromise such suit without our consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. Content Writing Helper may be represented in any such suit by counsel of its own choosing at its own expense.
